Hi, I’m Azad

I’m at my happiest when my clients are in the shape of their lives and have the knowledge to maintain fitness (and roti) as part of their lifestyle.

I have helped Indians around the world progress with their fitness journeys whether that means fat loss, packing on some muscle to a skinny frame (like I did), enhancing sports performance or building strength. All without giving up on traditional foods such as Roti.

I specialise in vegetarian nutrition and strength training.
