I’m a qualified personal trainer and have been for more than 5 years. I’m at my happiest when my clients are in the shape of their lives and have the knowledge to maintain fitness as part of their lifestyle.
I have helped Indians around the world progress with their fitness journeys, whether that means fat loss, packing on some muscle on a skinny frame (like I did), enhancing sports performance or building strength. All without giving up on traditional foods like Roti.
