My own fitness journey

I’ve always been playing sports since a very early age. It wasn’t until I reached high school when I was regularly doing circuit training at school and was pushed to workout at home by my father. A former wrestler and kabaddi player in Punjab. I was doing a DESI form of training, stair shuttles, press-ups and sit-ups mainly. After a few months of crying and fighting it, I started to see some results and began to enjoy it. Never looked back since. We then got a home gym system and some weights. It took me a year to lift  everything, then I decided to join a gym in December 2008 (aged 17) which was my official start of weight training.

Skype Consultation

Skype calls give us a chance to talk deeply about your current habits, goals and further into training and eating. They are available in English and Punjabi and will last 60 minutes. Upon booking you will be asked to fill in a short questionnaire so I can get some background information before we arrange a time suitable for both of us. Whether you want to discuss a plateau in the gym, vegan/vegetarian eating for fitness or just want some face-time to find out more about my services then this is for you.

Premium

This package contains a Skype/phone call (after your questionnaire submission) so we can get acquainted before I create your plans. From then on there is unlimited email support (make use of it). £129 is a recurring payment every 8 weeks. I will set you up with an 8 week training routine and a nutrition framework to work within. I will however make adjustments as we go along based on progress and requirements. You are getting 8 weeks of service with guaranteed results for the price of 4 sessions in a gym with a personal trainer (one-to-one).

Deluxe

This package contains everything the premium package offers but with more structured contact. You get my personal number and we will speak via phone/Skype every week. This service is recurring every 8 weeks and the payment automatically set up will be a PayPal direct debit. I will set you up with an 8 week training routine and a nutrition framework to work within. I will however make adjustments as we go along based on progress and requirements (this is where constant communication is critical). I am really offering more intimacy with the deluxe service trying to bridge the distance of an online service. You are getting 8 weeks of service with guaranteed results for the price of 6 sessions in a gym with a personal trainer (one-to-one).

Pricing is subject to change based on client demand. I work with a limited amount of deluxe clients. Look at how much you save compared to 1-to-1 personal training in the gym which can charge around £100 for a few hours in the gym!

What happens next?

If you are happy with your selection click purchase and you will be sent through the payment method (PayPal or card through PayPal). You will then be redirected back to my site to answer a thorough questionnaire to help me ensure everything is tailored. Once I have received your submitted answers you will receive an email/message so we can go over the next steps and set up a Skype consultation. PLEASE NOTE – The general time you can expect to receive everything is within 4 working days (providing we arrange a Skype consultation nice and early).
